Clive is a graduate, with Merit, of the Master of Organisational Coaching Program at the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit. The CPU is recognised as the world leader in the development of evidence-based coaching theory, coaching research and the real world application of coaching and positive psychology in the executive, workplace and personal life domains.
His peer-reviewed paper ‘Flourishing Youth Provision’ co-authored in partnership with Dr. Tony Grant and Dr. Suzy Green from the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit has been published in the International Journal of Evidence-based Coaching & Mentoring Volume 9 (1).
Clive participates in a monthly peer supervision program with a group of Usyd Coaching Psychology Unit Alumni and receives professional coaching supervision through a qualified coach supervisor.
Clive is a certified Realise2 Strengths Practitioner accredited by the UK Centre for Applied Positive Psychology ( CAPP) to assess and debrief individuals and teams.
Clive is also accredited to administer and feedback the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), one of the world’s most recognised assessment tools designed to help identify thinking preferences within individuals, pairs and teams. In addition he is accredited to deliver the Birkman Method tool designed to identify preferred interests, behavioural styles and needs. Both tools have been proven to be effective in supporting professional growth and development.
Clive is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the University of Sydney Coaching & Mentoring Association. Clive has served on 2 global initiatives through the ICF as a member of the Submission Review Panel for the ICF Global Conference in London 2012 and also in 2013 on the Global Review Panel for the Enhanced ICF Prism Award for Coaching in Organisations.
Clive has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of London Institute of Education and Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from the University of Northumberland.
